Thanks to a web-conferencing software – typically Microsoft Teams – you will be able to interact with the trainer and the other students.

Official manual in digital format
All ITIL courses include the official PeopleCert manual in digital format. You can receive also the paper version by adding a fee.
Additional pdf documents and materials
To attend virtual class courses, candidates will receive the Student Reference Manual in pdf format. All the material is downloadable, so you will be able to study on it even after the end of your course session.
Online exam included
You will receive your ITIL 4 voucher code valid for 12 months on the first day of your course.
The online exam will be taken on PeopleCert portal and it will be proctored by a supervisor. You’ll just need a computer and an internet connection!
Exam preparation and support
During the virtual class, students will take up to two PeopleCert official sample papers. The solutions will be reviewed and discusses with the teacher.
The trainer will also support the students with their exam booking and registration.
